The frontman of the rock band O.Torvald, Zhenya Galich, has admitted that he experiences mental health problems. He said this in a commentary on Lux FM.
The military also added that he was taking antidepressants. Drug and alcohol use came first.
“I work with a psychiatrist, receive treatment, I have psychological problems after the war. I continue to work with doctors for the last half year… I am very afraid to go to therapy, it is difficult for me I understand I needed help, I brought myself to “The fact that I couldn’t remember some days of my life because I was drinking massive amounts of alcohol and drugs. It just made it worse, but I thought it was helping me,” he said.
According to the musician, the treatment has already yielded results. In particular, he lost six kilograms and is preparing to release a new album.
