Actress Bella Campos opened up about her personal life and revealed depression
Bella Campos opened a chapter of his personal life and shared with his followers that he faced depression last year.
On her Instagram profile, which has more than 10 million internet users, the actress revealed that she dealt with the disease.
“Not many people know, but I had depression from the beginning to the middle of last year, few people were by my side at that time, I didn’t have anyone in my family or many friends around, some thought it was exaggerated or just that I was tired from so much work, but the truth is that it was horrible, I couldn’t feel any type of emotion, I lived in constant anxiety, I was apathetic, famous: weak, lame and lame!”she said.
The artist clarified that she was only talking about the subject at this moment, because she had already dealt with the most complex part.
“I’m just saying this here now, because it’s over, I drew strength from the bottom of my uterus, from the bottom of my soul, from where I thought I couldn’t even get it anymore and I didn’t give up. I didn’t give up on myself, I didn’t give up on my dreams , I didn’t give up on my happiness and today I’m living my life the way I always wanted, the way that’s best for ME”, continued.
Bella said that she faced very difficult times, but that, now, she was very well and happy.
“Some silly things in the life of any adult, single and independent woman end up making the news and getting a lot of opinions, but do you want to know something? When I was in shit no one even knew, now that I’m HAPPY as hell I’m going to live live my life as I see fit, pay my bills, take care of my family, do my job very well and enjoy all my achievements”, finished.
