According to the prosecutor, the woman routinely denied her son and daughter food, water, beds to sleep in, and almost every form of entertainment.

American blogger Ruby Franke, who became a mentor in raising children, was sentenced to four terms of imprisonment. The reason was his abuse of his own children. The Guardian reported this.

The owner of the YouTube channel 8 Passengers, which has 2.3 million subscribers, was arrested in August in the southern Utah town of Ivins after his skinny 12-year-old son was duct taped and had open wound climb through the window of the house to ask the neighbor for food and water.

Later, Franke’s 9-year-old daughter was found in the same condition.

After the blogger was arrested, his eldest daughter, 20-year-old Shari Franke, shared a photo of the police officer on Instagram with the caption “Finally.”

Before her arrest, Franke and her children lived with Jody Hildebrandt, the owner of a self-improvement consulting business. They worked together to create videos with tips on raising children and building relationships. Hildebrandt received the same sentence.

Franke and Hildebrandt pleaded guilty to second-degree aggravated child abuse.

They were sentenced to four terms of imprisonment ranging from one to 15 years. The punishments will be carried out consecutively. How long they spend in prison will be determined by the parole board.

Earlier it was reported that British blogger Adam Davis accidentally ate chocolate candy in the form of an Easter egg, worth $12,000.
