The Japanese corporation Sony, together with Honda, presented an improved version of the Afeela electric car at CES-2024.

At the CES 2024 exhibition in Las Vegas, the new Afeela electric car was presented. It will go into production in 2025. Autoua reports this.

It is known that this is the final prototype of Afeela, and it is expected that this will be the appearance of the production car of the Japanese company Sony, which develops it together with Honda – a joint venture Sony Honda Mobility was created for this purpose.

As for the electric car, it received an updated design, changed front and rear bumpers, new headlights and pillars. The dimensions of the car increased, but the cabin remained almost unchanged.

The Afeela now has traditional side mirrors rather than cameras like the previous version.

In addition, the interior has received some notable updates. The steering wheel is made in the form of a steering wheel, and the display spans the entire width of the front panel. Rear passengers also have separate monitors.

The Afeela runs on a dual-motor all-wheel drive system with a total output of 483 hp. The car is equipped with a 91 kWh lithium-ion battery and has 150 kW fast charging.

It was earlier reported that a new generation Toyota Camry is on sale.
