In Ukraine, they created a unique extra protection for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from enemy thermal imagers called Cupol. The progress was shown by Ukrainian singer Natalia Mogilevskaya on Instagram.
It is a cloak suit that, by blocking heat radiation, makes the fighters invisible. Protection consists of a raincoat, shoe covers and a glove.
“Nothing like this has ever happened in Ukraine! Thanks to the dome, a sniper cannot change his place of deployment for 3-4 days. Several batches of raincoats have already been sent to the front with our support from Elena Masorina Foundation, working on their development and delivery in the combat zone.In us Kvartal 95, Kolya Serga has already joined, but our funds are not enough, and there are many requests, so we are looking for sponsors and patrons and everyone who wants to join our cause, ”Mogilevskaya said.
