The iconic penthouse will feature five bedrooms, a 260-degree infinity pool and views of Dubai’s landmarks.
The world’s most expensive penthouse has been sold in Dubai. They awarded him $136 million. The house is located on the famous island of Palm Jumeirah. However, the apartments themselves do not yet exist, writes Architectural Digest.
The record holder is the 22,000-square-foot facility that occupies Como Residences, a 71-story tower. It is under construction. The penthouse is above the clouds. Como Residences will rise 984 feet (300 meters) above the man-made Palm Jumeirah archipelago.
The buyer was not disclosed, but tabloids described him as being from Eastern Europe.
It is known that the apartments in the new skyscraper will be different. Some will have two bedrooms, some will have eight. Apartments start at $5.7 million, and the iconic penthouse will feature five bedrooms, a 260-degree infinity pool and views of Dubai landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Dubai itself, as well as its marina.
Amenities for all tenants include a private beach, 82-foot pool, and infinity pool. The tower is expected to be completed in 2027.
We remind you that earlier in New York a penthouse was sold for $238 million.
