Ludmilla used his social networks last Thursday, 23, to denounce a case of racism he suffered from the deputy Thiago Gagliasso. The singer said that it is not the first time that her brother Bruno Gagliasso makes racist comments against her.
In the video, Ludmilla says that the moment happened during the vote that awarded her the Tiradentes Medal, an honor from the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro for public figures who are engaged in social issues.
In his speech, Thiago said that the singer did not deserve to win the medal for having gotten the lyrics of the national anthem wrong during her performance at the São Paulo Grand Prix, in Formula 1, in addition to apologizing for drugs in the lyrics of her songs.
“We know that there are several funk people who are conservative, like the late Mr. Catra, like millions of people in the community I frequent”he said as he began to justify his vote against Ludmilla.
“So it has nothing to do with racial things, but with the stance that we as conservatives have to defend. In fact, knowing how to sing a National Anthem, knowing that you can’t sell ‘little green’… It’s everyone’s position. Then we are labeled as racist, homophobic, etc.”, completed.
However, Ludmilla stated that the deputy’s decision was personal, as he had other racist acts some time ago: “We were at the house of one of the most famous people in this country. And I was accompanied by a guy. Then he met this guy. He approached this guy, in front of me, and said: ‘Wow, so many hot girls at the party and are you with this monkey?'”.
“We looked at his face and started to argue. And then, a lot of people came asking for calm, saying that he is like that, that sometimes he goes beyond the limits. I said that in this type of situation there is no calm “, explained.
“I felt really bad, this was one of the worst types of racism I have ever suffered in my life”, she lamented. Ludmilla said that at another party, promoted by the same person, Thiago had tried to get closer to her, but the singer asked him to stay away, stating that she was disgusted by him.
At the end of her outburst, the singer sent a message to the deputy mocking him: “He’s going to feel bad because he’s going to be racist, he’s going to vote against, but his mother won the medal, his mother keeps filling the stadium.”
“The mother now has a mega-shipped ship, a tour with tickets sold until I don’t know when. Family well, friends well, well loved, well fed, well married. It’s going to be bad, f*cking racist”, she shot.
