The first train leaves on November 4, the last on January 28.

The “floating train”, popular with tourists, has become available in Thailand. Registration for this is now open. This was announced by the State Railways (SRT) of the country.

The train travels from Bangkok to Pasak Jolasid Dam in Lopburi province, which is 150 km from the capital. The route is done annually, during the dry cold season. The first train leaves on November 4, the last on January 28.

The cost of a ticket depends on the class of carriage and whether the passenger is traveling in one or two directions. Prices range from 150 baht ($4) to 590 baht ($16).

The train is called a floating train because during the trip the passenger has the feeling of traveling on water. During the trip, tourists also visit local attractions in Lopburi province.

We would like to remind you that Ukrainians used to extend their stay in Thailand in the winter.
