Danilo Gentilli said he was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). During an interview with Amanda Ramalhothe presenter revealed that he was diagnosed with the condition.
It all started when he and Amanda, who also has the disorder, commented on the late diagnoses of ASD.
It was then that Danilo said that he also received a diagnosis a little over a year ago: “Did you know that I was also [diagnosticado]?”.
The presenter revealed that he did not want to know more about the issue. “Whether I’m autistic or not, I don’t want to know. For me, that’s who I am and that’s it,” he said.
Amanda mentioned some characteristics and Danilo revealed that he identified himself. “It’s hard trying to have the social life you need to have”, he spoke. Amanda wanted to confirm that the presenter wasn’t joking: “Are you being ironic?”. “No, I’m not [ironizando]. I’m speaking!”, he said.
“Today, everyone who has one disorder or another, thinks ‘outside the box’, is being diagnosed with autism. So I didn’t want to give too much morality”, said the presenter.
