JK Rowling made yet another transphobic statement
J.K. Rowlingonce again, had a transphobic attitude.
The author of Harry Potter made a controversial statement on his profile on X, formerly Twitter.
She said she would “happily accept” a prison sentence for her transphobic speeches and comments if a law on the issue was passed.
“I would happily serve two years if the alternative was forced speech and forced denial of the reality and importance of sex”, added the writer to her account on the online platform.
Rowling also said that a court case could be cooler than a red carpet.
Furthermore, the author started to make a series of ironic comments on the subject.
“Laundry can be a problem. I tend to accidentally shrink things/turn them pink. I suppose this won’t be a big problem if it’s mostly scrubs and sheets,” she said.
