Bruno de Luca will have to answer for failure to provide assistance to Kayky Brito after being run over.
The Rio de Janeiro Court accepted the request of the state’s Public Ministry and ordered that the presenter be charged for not helping the actor after the case, which took place in Rio de Janeiro in early September.
Bruno was not indicted in the Civil Police investigation, responsible for investigating the hit-and-run, but he confirmed, in his statement, that he saw the run-over, but said he only found out it was his friend the following day.
“He was the only one who left the scene immediately after the accident, without taking any action to provide assistance, not even knowing that any assistance or request had been made”said the text from the Public Ministry about the case.
