Ukrainian singer Vitaly Kozlovsky, who is now defending our country from the Russian invaders, says that his former producer Igor Kondratyuk takes part of his military salary from him. He spoke about it on Instagram.
In particular, he explained that a certain percentage of funds is collected monthly from his salary to pay the executive powers – one part in favor of Kondratyuk, and the second from the state budget to pay the fine. The serviceman added that he had already paid the former producer one million hryvnias, and now owed him another two million.
“The courts and enforcement proceedings against the former producer have been going on for more than 10 years. These courts are not the result of a breach of any contract. It is not the result of the fact that I have a debt or that they invested it in me, but I did not return. Debts arose afterwards. When I sang my songs in concerts, emotionally surrendered to the calls of thousands of people who were waiting for these songs. The rights to them, strangely, were belongs to the producer, because when we worked together, I signed any papers with full confidence in the parting words: “Your job is to sing. The documents are just a formality, sign them, but humanly we will always agree. The consequence is legal action against me for copyright infringement,” said Kozlovsky.
In addition, the artist noted that Igor Kondratyuk was asked to temporarily stop the collection during his military service, but the producer refused.
“Kondratyuk contacted a letter asking him to suspend the punishment for the duration of his military service. The answer is that being in the service does not interfere with the extension of the punishment. That’s all,” explained the singer .
In this regard, Igor Kondratyuk called the artist a liar on his Facebook.
“Here an honored singer, an order bearer named Vitaly Kozlovsky (from here on – VK) spreads the “news” that during the war I take the “lion’s share” of him, a serviceman, salary . He, as always, deceives. Although regarding such a repeated for a repeated offender-deceiver, it is more appropriate to use the word “lie”. So, from the moment VK is registered in one of the units of the National Guard, in my favor, according to the executive execution, 1/5 of his salary was collected. The collection is done according to the law. They must be fulfilled, not True? In August I received 4,608.26 hryvnia, in September – 4,586.70 hryvnia . I repeat, this is 20% of VK’s current salary,” he wrote.
The former producer also spoke about how much debt Kozlovsky paid him:
“About the general situation of VK’s debts for all lawsuits. For 2019, VK paid 0.00 UAH; 2020 – 0.00 UAH; 2021 – 28,627.11 UAH; 2022 – 4,981.22 UAH and 20194 until 9, 2020, until 9. .29 UAH , about 2% of the amount owed by him, an unreasonable repeat copyright infringer,.”
