The British monarch has previously met with several South Korean presidents, but last visited the East Asian country in 1992.

King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla of Great Britain plan to welcome South Korean President Yoon Seok Yeol and his wife. It will take place at a lavish feast as part of a state visit, Buckingham Palace told the Daily Mail.

Yoon Seok Yeol, along with First Lady Kim Kong Hee, has already accepted the king’s invitation to visit Britain in November.

As you know, King Charles and Sok Yeol met in September when they attended a reception at Buckingham Palace the night before Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.

South Korea is the UK’s 20th largest trading partner, but it hopes this number will increase.

We remind you that the cost of the coronation of Charles III and his wife Camilla has increased to 250 million pounds sterling.
