At the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, the star spent several weeks in western Ukraine with her three children, and then left for the United States.
The singer Alyosha, who at the beginning of a large-scale war left with his children and settled in the United States, explained why he decided to return home. He spoke about this in an interview with Slava Demin.
According to the performer, he can no longer be thousands of kilometers away from his beloved Taras Topoli and wants to be with the whole family again.
“This decision is aimed at ensuring that we are together. This is important. This is the most important thing, because this cannot continue to happen. He will not fly to live in America, and I will not live like this for much longer – with the children of Taras’ mother. I am 37 years old, I have three children, I want to be with my family. I understand all these conditions and the point that this is war, and it worked for a certain time, but now I still have a lot to lose. Here you have to follow the safety rules and everything will be ok. But we are together. And that’s the most important thing,” she said.
The singer also commented in his message, which caused criticism from the public, that women should take their children out of Ukraine.
Now Alyosha noted that he meant evacuation from “hot spots,” adding that the perception of information about rocket attacks abroad is seen differently.
“My words were taken in general, and there was great anger about it. But then it was realized that it was deeper, more, more dangerous. That is, you turn yourself around like this… Now that I came here, realized that I expressed myself incorrectly”. Well, and secondly, I feel and perceive it like this. I experience everything differently than it was there,” shared the singer.
It was previously reported that singer Elena Topolya, better known as Alyosha, plans to change her stage name.
