“I had a difficult year and had a lot of alcohol. Everyone knows that I drink a little. I drink when it is appropriate. This year I have to forget. Alcohol makes it possible to forget. But then checked I have it all,” he said.

Of course, I’m not comfortable. at this weight , but I understand that I don’t want to force myself. I gave myself time.
