The Duke of Edinburgh Prince Edward met with the Ukrainian military, who are undergoing a training course as part of Operation INTERFLEX in the UK. This was stated on Twitter by the Royal family.
INTERFLEX is a multinational operation that trains Ukrainian recruits in the skills they need to survive and fight effectively on the front lines.
