The collection includes all the diversity of the underwater world, contained in precious stones and unusual forms.
Jewelry House Tiffany & Co. presented the first collection of High Jewelry. It is inspired by the theme of water and dedicated to the legacy of jeweler Jean-Michel Schlumberger. It was reported on the brand’s official pages on social networks.
The Blue Book collection was designed by Natalie Verdey. He is the chief art director of jewelry and high jewelry at Tiffany & Co.
“In the imagination and design philosophy of Jean Schlumberger, the sea is an unexplored, endless world. He presented unprecedented displays of its majesty and mystery. My first Blue Book collection for the House was a deep dive in living water that both honors and redefines Schlumberger’s vision,” said Verdey.
The decorations are presented in several themes. These are shells, corals, jellyfish, fish, starfish, seahorses and sea urchins.
To create them, rare gems are used in innovative combinations with legendary diamonds.
“At Blue Book 2023, we saw an opportunity to pay tribute to the legacy of Jean Schlumberger by giving new life to some of his most famous designs. These creations have the unique quality and personality of Schlumberger, but the designs is all new. We’re sure he’ll enjoy every single masterpiece, just like we do,” said Anthony Ledru, CEO of Tiffany & Co.
