Ukrainian presenter Timur Miroshnichenko and his wife Inna surprised the reason why they have not been able to adopt a child. They announced it on Instagram.
It was learned that it was about six months ago that the couple went through the process of adopting a child and now they have officially become candidates. However, the difficulties did not end there.
According to Inna Miroshnichenko, according to regional services, there are no children.
“As we expected, there were no children. In our service, we were not in the top ten in the queue. I called all services in the region of Ukraine. Everywhere (where they picked up the phone), the answer was the same. – ” no children,” he said.
So, the presenter’s wife turned to volunteers at the children’s hospital and orphanages and asked them, if they knew about a child looking for a family, to contact them.
“We are allowed to adopt a child up to four years old. Important! The child must have a status for adoption. Guardianship is not appropriate, we do not have the right to be guardians – only adoption,” Inna summed up.
