Chicken wings in a pan in soy sauce

water – 60 ml (for frying).
Send the wings to a heated pan with oil. Fry them on both sides until golden brown on high heat. At this time, prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, water, sugar, lemon juice and spices to dissolve the sugar. Once the wings are fried, pour the marinade into the pan and cover with a lid. Cook the wings over low heat until the liquid evaporates.

For the marinade, simply mix the sauce with salt and pepper. You can also add a little honey for flavor, but don’t overdo it, otherwise the meat will be too sweet.
Also for pickling, you can combine ketchup, mayonnaise, salt and spices. This option is suitable for both cooking in the oven and frying in a pan.
Sour Marinade – Combine sour cream, French mustard, salt and pepper. Leave to infuse in the refrigerator for an hour. Cooking wings in such a marinade is perfect in the oven, on the grill, but in the pan it is not so tasty.
