“I fell in love with the profession and man, that was crazy. Sometimes I look at everything and say: my God, Jade, I don’t know if you were brave or if you were crazy. But I know that I grabbed this opportunity and I didn’t let it go”, vented.
“I’m even happier to feel that, in this final stretch, all my effort and commitment are showing, it’s paying off. Because, damn… Very crazy, I stopped my life for this.”, remembered.
“It was a dream of mine and it was very difficult for a while. You saw how much I was criticized, I came in 100% inexperienced. I had to have the empathy with me that a lot of people didn’t have.”, he spoke.
“If I’m here today saying that I’m happy, that I’m content, that’s why. I had resilience here for a long time. I also supported the criticism: does it make sense, now, what can I do to improve? That’s it that lives the difference between an attack and a criticism, and knowing how to read a criticism and take advantage of it is the best thing you can do”, she concluded.
