Bean soup
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked and seasoned beans
- 1 potato diced and cooked
- 3 tea cups of water
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In the blender, beat the beans, water, potatoes and tomatoes. Transfer them to a pan and let them cook. If the broth is thick, add more water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
