The famous Ukrainian actor Ostap Stupka, in a state of intoxication, caused an accident in the center of Kyiv, Tabloid reports.
It is known that the accident happened on Tuesday, April 4 around eleven in the morning in Goloseevsky district.
According to law enforcement agencies, the “driver born in 1967” drove his Range Rover SUV into a Mitsubishi car, in which there was a 38-year-old man. With injuries of varying severity, the latter was hospitalized.
It was noted that when the actor was tested for intoxication, the Drager device showed 1.62 ppm.
Criminal proceedings were launched on the fact of the accident, Stupka faced up to three years in prison with the deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for three to five years.
