Recall that the accident occurred on Tuesday, April 4, around eleven in the morning in the Goloseevsky district of the capital.
According to police, Stupka lost control, flew into the oncoming lane and crashed into a car parked on the side of the road. The 38-year-old driver was in the injured car, who was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries.
The police did not give the name of the culprit of the accident, noting that the driver was born in 1967, but confirmed that the culprit of the accident was drunk. Drager’s test showed 1.62 ppm. According to media reports, the accident was arranged by Ostap Stupka.
The actor faces up to three years in prison with a disqualification from driving for three to five years.
