To meditate, it is not enough just to close your eyes and be silent. It is also necessary to pay attention to four main points: breathing, concentration, self-knowledge and presence. Below, learn more about these important pillars:
1. Breathing
any and all meditation practice it involves becoming aware of the breath. The act of breathing is essential for life that runs automatically in the unconscious. Through the flow of breath, it is possible to transport ourselves to the present moment.

4. Presence
Be present. As you pass through the previous pillars, you will easily be able to return to the object of meditation. will finally realize the mind slowing down, thoughts and breathing at a deeper frequency, with greater inner coherence and alignment. In addition, you will also feel more relaxed and serene. It will become easier and easier to be in the present moment. Thoughts, actions and breathing will all come into sync.
