There’s a birthday boy in the area. Tomorrow, the 18th, is her day, a Pisces woman full of attitude, charisma and, of course, a lot of talent: congratulations, Giovanna Antonelli. Despite having already ventured into other styles, Giovanna is faithful to the long locks with the “V” cut and layered peaks that start from the neck. This is a great choice for those with wavy hair, as well as the actress, as this style makes it possible to evenly distribute the volume of the strands. Reproduce the look, only with an experienced professional. It is worth remembering that the layers cannot be too far apart, otherwise they will give the impression that the length is damaged. Another advantage of this cut is the longer maintenance, which, in order not to lose the trim, needs to happen, on average, every 60 days.
The artist’s favorite finish is the wavy one, as this is already the natural texture of her locks, the effect can be achieved just by using a curl activator cream, kneading the strands. Or use a curling iron to ensure a more powerful look. Remember to apply heat protectant before any heat tool. In this video I teach you step by step how to make waves:
Even with some occasional changes to roles in soap operas and films, Giovanna usually wears her hair in a natural tone, a medium brown, with some lights in warm nuances, such as caramel and reddish. It’s a good option for those who want to upgrade their look, but without having to invest in major changes. Not to mention that maintaining the color requires care at home, from a cc cream, shine spray and even a toning mask for brunettes. Invest in those with cocoa extract and calamus oil, which improve the absorption and durability of pigments in the threads. It is important to retouch the color in the salon every month and/or 45 days, depending on whether it fades or the white spots appear.
Giovanna has also invested in lighter shades, such as butter blonde. Who is brunette, like the star, will possibly need a discoloration to achieve that tone. Therefore, it is essential to prepare the locks for this process through an evaluation and strand test with your hairdresser. That’s the only way to understand what the state of your wires is. Even so, hydration at home weekly and in the salon every 15 days will contribute to beautiful, shiny and healthy hair.
