The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy has promised to help the group TVORCHI go on the Eurovision promotional tour and perform in Nairobi. Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy Halina Hryhorenko said this in a comment to Ukrinform.

At the same time, he explained that they do not issue permits for temporary travel abroad, only “letters of assistance”. The final decision is said to be taken by the border guards during the check.
In order for male artists to receive the appropriate document, they need to provide military registration data – either a registration certificate, or a military ID, or a temporary certificate of a person liable for military service.
Earlier it was reported that Kolya Serga commented on the scandal that erupted around the stand-up comedian Andriy Schegel, who had previously announced that he had left Ukraine.
