During the voting, the Icelandic group, in addition to their flag, also held the flag of Ukraine in their hands.

The Icelandic representative from the group Systur at Eurovision 2022 appeared to have the flag of Ukraine painted in his hand while performing on stage in the first semi-final of the show. This can be seen in the video from the band’s performance.

The band performed at number 14 with Með Hækkandi Sól in a cowboy outfit with guitars. In the hand of the girl standing in the middle, the Ukrainian flag was drawn.

Moreover, during the voting, the Icelandic group, in addition to their flag, also held the flag of Ukraine. This initiative is also supported by participants from Latvia – the group Citi Zēni and the singer from Lithuania Monika Liu.

Remember that Monica Liu shouted the phrase Glory to Ukraine at a press conference! He also urged us to help our country.
