Ilya Samoylenko embodies strength and is indestructible, regardless of whether he is in peaceful Kyiv or on the front line.
The Defender of Azovstal, intelligence officer of the Azov Regiment Ilya Samoylenko presented a new campaign of the Ukrainian clothing brand Indposhiv called Indposhiv Bespoke. The footage was posted on Instagram.
“Our new Indposhiv Bespoke campaign is about normality – about the importance of living a normal life even under abnormal circumstances. After the start of a massive raid, our customers ordered suit, explaining that there is a common desire to “wear a suit as it is in normal life.” Conditions have changed, our men have changed, their views have also changed. But our heroes, where whether they – in the front or behind, remain those who strive for their normal life. Ilya Samoylenko , a military man from the Azov regiment with the call sign “Gandalf”, returns home after captivity and fulfills his dream – he has an Indposhiv Bespoke suit, with which he can freely walk the streets of Kiev,” the video says.
Samoylenko appeared in an elegant suit, with a stylish hairstyle and beard. After the matches, he had a prosthetic left hand.
“Any struggle leads to progress, with the goal of success. Defeating yourself is the most important thing. When you defeat yourself, everything else will be very simple for you. Everything else is will not be any obstacle for you, because you have already won the main struggle. The spirit is strength, “measurable. Impossible to measure, like willpower. I tend to think of him as having binary states: one or zero. Either he is or he isn’t. A soldier from the battlefield does not go anywhere. He has always been there, and he must always be there. Yes, everyone has moments of such eclipses, oppression, but it does not affect anything. To understand your strength, you have to overcome your fear. The end result is important, who is a person after all this,” he said.

The defender believes that the men’s suit is a continuation of the military uniform.
“The stitching, the color, the lining, the fabric, it’s all important. Tradition and the fact that it’s an unchanging tradition is craftsmanship, it’s a craft. The work of a master, the work of a man fanatically dedicated to his work, a true artisan – it’s a piece of history that you put on yourself, but never gets old, it’s a classic,” added the fighter.

It should be noted that Samoylenko went to the front to defend Ukraine in 2015. Even then, he was seriously injured and a titanium-steel mechanical prosthesis was placed instead of his arm.
Defending Azovstal, the hero was captured by the Russian Federation, where he was released as a result of an exchange of prisoners in September of last year. He was kept in Russia in solitary confinement for 120 days.
Recall that earlier in Sofia Kyivska there was a show of the STRІІІ brand collection – healing clothes, the designer of which was the famous Ukrainian TV and radio host Anna Zakletska.
