  • 3 tablespoons grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pulp of 1 chopped mango

Method of preparation

In a container, place the coconut milk, chia seeds, grated coconut, honey and vanilla essence and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to rest for 3 hours. After, remove from the fridge, add the mango and stir well. Serve immediately.

Chia corn cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup organic whole cornmeal
  • 1 cup of tea green corn fresh
  • 1 tea cup of sugar
  • 1 tea cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut tea
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil tea
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
  • Vegetable oil for greasing
  • Corn flour for flouring

Method of preparation

In a blender, place all the ingredients, except the chemical yeast and chia, and beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Add the chemical baking soda and chia seeds and beat again to embed with the other ingredients. Reserve. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and flour with corn flour, pour the dough and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden. Turn off the oven, wait to cool, unmold and serve next.

Oatmeal pancake with chia

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • water to hydrate
  • olive oil for greasing

Method of preparation

In a container, place the oat bran and chia seed and cover with water. Let rest for 5 minutes. Afterwards, drain the water, add the salt and mix well. Reserve. Unite a skillet with olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. With a ladle, add the dough and cook until golden on both sides. Serve immediately.

Pumpkin cream with chia

Ingredients

  • 1 cabotia pumpkin seedless, chopped and shelled
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 table spoon of saffron
  • 3 tea cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and brown. Add the pumpkin, saffron and two cups of water and cook until the pumpkin is soft. Turn off the fire, wait to cool down and transfer the mixture to a blender. Add the rest of the water, the chia seeds and the salt and beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Put the cream back in the pan and lead to medium fire to warm up. Serve immediately.

Tip: serve sprinkled with chia seeds.

chia porridge with banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 200 ml of milk almonds
  • 1 dessert spoon of honey
  • 1 peeled and mashed banana
  • Cinnamon powder for sprinkling

Method of preparation

In a container, place the chia and almond milk, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 2 hours. After, add the banana, oats and honey and mix well. Take to medium fire to cook until it boils. Turn off the fire, wait to cool down, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve next.
