Chocolate pizza with chestnuts and pepper
Ingredients
Pasta
- 300 g wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable fat
- 150 ml of warm water
- 10 g of biological yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- salt to taste
- 340 g condensed milk
- olive oil for greasing
- Wheat flour for flouring
Filling
- 200g finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- 200ml of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- water for cooking
- Chopped cashew nuts for garnish
Method of preparation
Pasta
In a container, put the yeast and sugar. Water with the water and, with the help of a spoon, mix well until you dissolve everything. Let it rest until the mixture starts to foam. Meanwhile, in another container, place the wheat flour and salt and mix well. Make an opening in the center and pour in the reserved mixture. Add the vegetable fat and the girl’s finger pepper and stir well.
Then knead the dough until you get a smooth consistency and transfer it to a container greased with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest until doubled in size. Afterwards, flour a smooth surface with wheat flour and open mass with the help of a roller, forming a disc. Place the dough on a baking sheet, fold the sides to form the edges and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Turn off the oven, wait to cool down, pour the condensed milk over the dough, spread it out and set aside.
Filling
In a large pot, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat, taking care not to boil. In another small pan, place the chocolate and fit over the pan over the heat. Stir the chocolate gently until it melts completely. Turn off the heat, add the cream and the cognac and stir until a homogeneous and shiny color is achieved. Finally, add the girl’s finger pepper and mix to combine with the ganache. Pour the mixture over the pizza disc and spread it out with the help of a spatula. Sprinkle with cashew nuts and serve immediately.
