A person comes to a bank or a supermarket, talks to an employee – and everyday stress and irritation remains beyond the threshold. A small thing – but maybe this will help restoring the much-needed sense of an inner foothold. Employees of large companies learn to support. Trainers from Ukrzaliznytsia have been trained in psychological first aid, and in total – more than 200 specialists from the participants that company in the Business community without barriers. Now they will be able to transfer the knowledge of almost 30,000 employees of the companies, “said Zelenskaya.
The Ukrainian president’s wife emphasized the importance of the right words at such a time.

I think each we have felt this more than once. That is why everyone who communicates with people, regardless of profession, must have the skills to take care of their psychological state and explain to others how to do it . This is one of the tasks of our All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program, which should make psychological care less accessible and ubiquitous than medical care,” Zelenska said.
He also spoke about plans to create a new culture of attitudes towards mental health.
“We must explain to the citizens why they should contact mental health specialists, do not be afraid of psychological support, do not be ashamed of it, lay out help routes for them and teach them self-help. In in fact, it means creating a new culture of attitude towards mental health in Ukraine. Because for decades it was believed that such mental health problems don’t exist if you don’t talk about them. But in fact, not talking means fear. And fear is definitely not about Ukrainians,” the first lady said.
