Pot meat with peach palm
Ingredients
- 1 onion, peeled and cut into cubes
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- two tomatoes diced
- 1 red pepper
- 6 cooked peach palms
- 500 g of beef cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- 1 liter of water
- Salt and green smell to taste
Method of preparation
In a pressure cooker, add oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and brown. Then add the tomatoes, bell pepper and pepper. Mix well and add the meat. Add water and pressure cook for 35 minutes. Afterwards, wait for the pressure to release, open the pan, add the peach palm and cook for another 10 minutes. Turn off the fire, season with salt, green smell and serve next.
