strawberry popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of strawberry
  • 340 g low-fat natural yogurt
  • sweetener to taste

Method of preparation

Cut the strawberries into pieces and place them in the blender. Add the skimmed yogurt, the sweetener and beat until you get a homogeneous mass. Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. After, remove from the freezer, put the sticks in and take it back to freeze for another 2 hours. Serve immediately.

watermelon popsicle

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of tea watermelon chopped and seedless
  • 1/2 teacup of lemon juice

Method of preparation

In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend for 5 minutes. Then pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer, put the sticks in and take it back to freeze until the popsicles harden completely. Serve immediately.

In a container, place all the ingredients and mix well. Let rest for 10 minutes. Pour the juice into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. After, remove from the freezer and put the sticks. Take it back to freezing for 4 hours. Serve immediately.
