Practice offers several health benefits and helps in burning fat.
Localized gymnastics is a practice that promotes specific muscle strengthening for each body group. Among the benefits of this practice are: improved tone, aerobic capacity and balance, increased flexibility and cardiovascular resistance and release of endorphins (hormone that improves the feeling of well-being). “A person who exercises has increased self-esteem, reduces anxiety and stress and increases the feeling of well-being”, says physical educator Ângelo Márcio.
What is localized gymnastics?
According to Rick Soares Vieira, a Physical Education professional, the gym Localized is a series of exercises, usually passed by a personal trainer, with very high volume and intensity, for different muscle groups.
How often should I exercise?
Doing a little bit a day you can already feel the difference in your body and your health. “Scientific studies already prove that the daily practice of exercises in less time offers health benefits”, says Angelo Márcio.
“Currently, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends a physical activity frequency of 5 times a week and lasting at least 30 minutes. However, it is not recommended that the person start with that frequency and for that duration”, assures the professional.
Rick Soares Vieira advises to start practicing very slowly and gradually increase the frequency and intensity of the exercises. “The benefits gained from physical activity they are so important for your health that, between doing nothing and doing just 15 minutes, choose the second choice and make sure to progress as you feel better”, he encourages.
Precautions before practicing
Before starting any kind of physical activity, consult a doctor. Then, when you choose to exercise, look for a Physical Education professional registered with the Regional Council, as only he can guide your physical activity. If you want to exercise at hometalk to a professional first, so that he can guide you better.
