Method of preparation
In a pan, put the milk, the potato, the butter, the broth vegetables, oats, salt and stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the wheat flour and stir until it releases from the bottom of the pan. After, turn off the fire, wait to cool down and have the mass on a smooth and dry surface. Reserve.
Filling

- 1 teacup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 liter of milk almonds
- 5 tablespoons oat flour
- 2 tablespoons grated vegetarian cheese
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- salt to taste
- 500 g wheat flour
- 5 tablespoons of cornmeal
- Frying oil
Method of preparation
In a container, place the onions, cover with water, salt and vinegar and let it soak in the fridge for 2 hours. Afterwards, remove the onions from the fridge and drain until the excess water comes out. Take them to the fridge again until it’s time to fry. In a blender, place the almond milk, grated cheese, oat flour and beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Transfer the mixture to a container and season with salt, black pepper and oregano. Reserve.
In a bowl, place the wheat flour, the cornmeal, the sweet paprika and stir well. Remove the onions from the fridge and pass over the mixture beaten in the blender, remove the excess and bread in wheat flour with cornmeal. Repeat process with all onions and shake off excess flour. In a pan, put the oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Using a slotted spoon, place the onion rings in the pan and fry until golden. Serve immediately.
tapioca dadinho
Ingredients
- 250 g of tapioca flour
- 300 g grated chestnut cheese
- 500 ml of almond milk
- Salt and ground white pepper to taste
- Coconut oil for greasing
Method of preparation
In a container, put the chestnut cheese, tapioca and mix well. Reserve. In a pan, put the milk, the tapioca with the cheese and stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add the salt, white pepper and keep stirring until you get a homogeneous consistency. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil and pour the mixture over it. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 3 hours. Afterwards, cut the tapioca dadinhos into cubes and fry in a pan with hot oil until golden. Run and serve next.
