You know that ruffled hair on top of your head? It’s called frizz! And it is present in any type of hair, whether it is a new strand or a broken one. If it’s the first option, he’ll soon adjust, but if it’s the second, you’re doing something wrong. According to the hairdresser Janny Motathere are several customs that can cause frizz in the hair and it is not impossible to avoid them.
“No woman likes those frizzy strands, because they end up giving an effect of poorly styled hair, and sometimes we make small mistakes that cause frizz, but it’s not something impossible to fix”, Jane explained.
The hairdresser separated some tips on what might be causing the frizz, check it out!
1. Towel drying your hair the wrong way:
Twisting or rubbing the wires is a very common habit, but it makes them break very easily. The idea is that you just press the wires to get the moisture out. And try to use microfiber towels.
2. Hot water:
Washing your hair with hot water can be one of the biggest mistakes and also causes frizz. That’s because it dries out, embarrasses and causes oiliness in the wires, making them more brittle.
3. Dryer without nozzle:
Many, many people use the hair dryer the wrong way. The nozzle of the device is essential, because it will direct the air jet and prevent the hair from dusting. Remembering that it is very important to use the thermal protector before use, to avoid burning the wires.
4. Using too much chemistry:
Straightening, discoloration and any chemical process dry out and damage the hair, so the ideal is to avoid doing it frequently. And, when done, maintain hydration and extra care.
5. Pass the hand:
A very common habit, but one that generates friction, contributing to the appearance of frizz. It is harmful, especially for those with wavy, frizzy and curly hair.
6. The weather:
When the weather is very humid and the dry strands unite with water particles, this causes the hair to become frizzy, but the opposite also happens, when the climate is very dry the strands bristle looking for moisture.
7. Drying:
When the hair is not hydrated enough, this dryness causes the strands to become full of frizz.
8. Friction:
One of my biggest tips is to wear the satin cap to sleep. Because the friction with the pillow during the night makes the hair wake up full of frizz.
