The lawsuit itself was filed in Nassau County Superior Court on Long Island, New York, by an anonymous plaintiff under the assumed name of Jane Doe. The musician, among other things, was accused of sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional stress.
According to the plaintiff, she met Manson in 1995 after a concert in Dallas, at the age of 16. He invited her and other girls on the bus, learned their ages, school grades, wrote down their names, addresses home and phone number.
“On a tour bus, Defendant Warren committed various criminal acts of a sexual nature against Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including forced intercourse and vaginal penetration,” the statement said.
