Ukrainian singer and showman Volodymyr Dantes spoke about how Russian occupiers bombed his native Kharkov. He spoke about it on the air of Snidanku z 1 + 1.
“My mother was in Kyiv, some went somewhere: in Israel, in Europe, someone in the west of Ukraine. With my classmates and acquaintances, some stayed in Kharkov. I was very sad. And really just, sad is a very soft word … It was like bombing my childhood … I never thought I would cry because of the building … And on March 1, I seem to always remember this day, hit they hit Freedom Square with a rocket … I just sobbed because I grew up in the city center “These are the houses that don’t exist now – that’s where my classmates and relatives live. Fortunately, everything is fine with them. But I really love Kharkov and I’m already waiting for the moment of success, I already have plans in my mind, I want to take two weeks a month to travel to Kharkiv and take back the city, ”Dantes said.
He also added that he donated his favorite car – a yellow Tesla electric car for the needs of Zgray movement volunteers. His fellow comedians from the League of Laughter brought him, delivering the necessary things not only for the military, but also to the children.
