More than half – 63% of Ukrainians suffer from sleep disturbances due to stress and anxiety. About half – 45% – from insomnia. This is confirmed by the results of a sociological study Gradus Research Company.
It was found that 82% of those surveyed had experienced stress and nervousness in recent weeks.
77% of respondents said that the reasons for such feelings were war. At the same time, 56% of Ukrainians are worried about the threat of further increase.
In addition, 40% of people are worried about fighting taking place near their residence.
Also, about a third of Ukrainians are nervous because of the financial problems that arose due to the war.
At the same time, those who went abroad experience less stress than those who stayed in Ukraine.
Among the most common symptoms of stress are called by Ukrainians:

The study says 38% of those surveyed lost their jobs during the war, 37% lost money, and 19% lost health. 12% had their housing damaged, 9% lost relatives and loved ones.
By the way, most of those who lost their jobs were those who moved within Ukraine. 23% of respondents did not experience losses during the war.
