Turkey breast Wrap
Ingredients
Pasta
- 2 tea cups of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3/4 of a tea cup of water
- Wheat flour for sprinkling
Filling
- 150g sliced turkey breast
- arugula leaves and slices of mozzarella cheese to taste
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead until it starts to come off your hands, if necessary, add more water until it comes together. Separate the dough into 4 small parts. On a clean bench sprinkled with wheat flour, open each part of the dough with the help of a rolling pin. Use a plate to cut the dough into a circular shape. Place each disc in a non-stick frying pan and cook over low heat for approximately 3 minutes on each side. Book the dough in a closed container so it doesn’t get crunchy.
Assembly
In each pasta, distribute the turkey breast, cheese and arugula. Season with salt and pepper, roll up the wraps and serve.
Tomato wrap with arugula
Ingredient
- 6 tortilla-style breads
- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese tea
- 1/2 cup of tea Mayo
- 1 tablespoon of fine herbs
- 12 arugula leaves
- 12 slices of buffalo mozzarella
- 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Method of preparation
In a container, mix the cottage cheese with the mayonnaise and fine herbs. Place a portion of this mixture in the center of each bun. Then add two arugula leaves, two slices of mozzarella and finish with the cherry tomatoes. Roll up like a cone and place on a platter.

- 1 tortilla bread
- 1 tomato cut into slices
- 1 cucumber cut into slices
- Lettuce leaves and mayonnaise to taste
- 1 breast of chicken
- Olive oil, grated cheddar cheese salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a bowl, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Place the oil in a pan and place over medium heat to heat. Grill the chicken breast on both sides until golden. Then cut it into slices.
