“It’s been very nice, but very difficult too, that’s what life is about”, says singer Luiza about her new solo phase

“It’s been difficult, challenging, but I’m trying to turn this difficulty into fuel to work on, because it was a phase that came all at once, everything new, I didn’t have my partner anymore.”, vented the artist.

“I had to learn a lot of things that I didn’t know and knowledge is getting out of the box, from your comfortable place, and it’s hard, but at the same time, it’s really cool. It’s a feeling of being able to do things, of discovering something new, and as if a child were being born, when you get your hands dirty, it’s being really nice, but also very difficult, and it’s okay, that’s life. ”, continued.

In September 2022, Luiza recorded her DVD ‘Continua ao vivo em Brasília’ and told us a little about why she chose the capital of Brazil: “Brasília was a place that Maurílio and I had chosen to record our DVD, it is a place that has always received us very well, it is one of the places where we are best executed on digital platforms, until today it is our first place, the we were never there to go wrong.”

“This new DVD has a lot of my face, everything has my little finger, this new work is the first work with several of my songs, so I’m still discovering it, but I noticed that I tried to put everyday situations in the songs, things I heard, I prioritized too much truth.” detailed.

“This DVD is just like Luiza, what Luiza thinks, what goes through Luiza’s head, what Luiza’s melodic line is, it’s just like me, pretty authentic”, said.

The singer talked about the composition process for Ponto Final and the reason for choosing Murilo Huff to sing with her: “This song is a really cool coincidence of life, it was written with the same team that wrote S de Saudade. After S de Saudade had already been released, I made an appointment with the boys to compose a song and Ponto Final came out and from the first moment I fell in love with it, whenever I heard it I said ‘one hour we’ll record it’ and it stayed there. ”

“When I started to return to artistic life, I heard Ponto Final and I always imagined Murilo singing and thought ‘wow, this is so like him, it’s so much like us singing together’ and then a few days later he sent me a message saying ‘the deny how is that song Ponto Final? Are you going to put her in the project?'”, he spoke.

“So I told him that I was going to record it and it was going to be with him and he accepted it right away, we just waited for the right moment to record it and it was beautiful, it was the best choice for the best song, it’s very beautiful, very true, we have a very nice tune and this was very noticeable in the recording.”, she told.
