Is computer screen really harming our eyes?

Feeling of discomfort, redness, tingling, glare, dry eyes… Who hasn’t had the unpleasant impression of tired eyes after a day spent in front of the computer, sometimes accompanied by headaches? However, whether for work or leisure, hardly a day goes by without the need for screens. “Today our life happens on screens.
