It is sometimes perceived as an obligatory part, an elder of the modern initiation rite. It is also often brought forward to try to justify the relationship difficulties that plague families. However, the adolescent crisis is neither fatal nor universal. And parents can contribute more than they realize. This suggests a study conducted in French-speaking Switzerland and published in a scientific journal: Swiss Psychology Open. Without wanting to add to the many instructions that parents are exposed to, the authors hope that their work can help adults be more critical of the myth of the adolescent crisis and change their child’s perception; to pass this period of life more calmly.
