A woman living in Utah is accused of being hit by a car Two cyclists were dropped off and brought to the scene. Both cyclists died afterwards.
The victims, two brothers from California who were participating in a local bicycle race, were walking down a street in Washington, DC, in the southwestern state.

According to KSTU reports, Baj passed a series of field surveillance tests and told officers he was taking IV fentanyl as a drip after being taken to the hospital the previous day.
Baje was arrested in a Washington district jail where he remains in custody. On Monday he was charged with two counts of manslaughter, two counts of DUI, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death, negligent driving and moving into an inappropriate lane.
