“Notorious” or “legal”, the concept of rape in gynecology is debated

It’s a case that, because it affects the upper echelons of the state, is reigniting the debate about gynecological and obstetric violence. Chrysoula Zakaropoulou, who was newly appointed and retained on Monday as Secretary of State for Development, Francophonie and International Cooperation, has been the target of rape complaints that allegedly took place in the context of her work as a gynecologist.
