Sacha Baron Cohen played Borat to destroy Donald Trump and Ye (formerly Kanye West) at the Kennedy Center Honors on Sunday.
President Joe Biden was perhaps the most powerful A-lister at the ceremony, but Baron Cohen took center stage as Borat, the Kazakh journalist character he made famous in the movies.
Trump’s recent dinner with Holocaust denier Ye and Nick Fuentes, plus the rapper’s Jewish outbursts and declaration of support for Adolf Hitler, provided plenty of material for the Jewish comedian.
“I have to say that I am very angry about anti-Semitism in the US and in A,” Baron Cohen told The Guardian. “It’s not fair. Kazakhstan is the number one Jew crushing nation. Stop stealing our hobby. Stop stealing! Stop stealing!”
“Your Kanye, he tried to move to Kazakhstan and even changed his name to Kazakhstanye West. But we said no. It’s too anti-Semitic, even for us,” added Baron Cohen’s Borat.
The comedian, who is also an activist, sang “With or Without Jews” to the tune of U2’s “With or Without You.”
“What’s the problem? Mar-a-Lago liked it. They didn’t pick Jews,” Borat said of Baron Cohen.

Baron Cohen has already poked fun at the former president.
“I’m told your president is here today. Where are you Mr. Trump?” Baron Cohen, as Borat’s alter ego, told the Daily Mail.
Looking at Biden, Borat said, “You don’t look good… your big belly is gone. And your beautiful orange skin turned pale.
Looking at First Lady Jill Biden, Baron Cohen’s Borat remarked, “I see you have a new wife. It’s very erotic. I have to look elsewhere before I get a Bono.
Baron Cohen honored U2, of which Bono is the famous lead singer. The Kennedy Center Honors will air Dec. 28 on CBS.
