Featuring a city inhabited by residents of fire, water, earth and air who live together, ‘Elements’ is set to premiere in 2023
During the Disney panel on the Thunder Stage by Cinemark Club at CCXP22, two new scenes from ‘Elementos’, a new animation by Pixar, which features Ember and Wade as protagonists, were revealed.
The previews have not yet been published by Casa do Mickey on their social networks, however, the first of them shows the duo that is represented by the elements of fire and water in a meeting. As they stroll together, Ember touches a colored mineral that ends up changing color when she touches it, surprising Wade.
After Wade’s positive reaction, she shows off more of her skill by leaping over the mineral barrier that surrounds the lake, bringing new colors to the edge of Elemental City. As a result, Wade rides the wave and shows what makes him unique by throwing himself into the lake and cruising around like a jet ski. The encounter ends with a beautiful rainbow.
Soon after, the scene accompanies Ember on her way home happy with the meeting. As he walks under a bridge, a train runs over it and ends up splashing water outside. She thinks about touching the water, but it ends up dissipating and Ember appearing in front of her house.
The second preview shows Wade and Ember at a basketball game where all the athletes are clouds. Among them is one of Wade’s friends, who after his mother got sick, hasn’t been playing very well. Motivated to support him, Wade climbs to the edge of the box and shouts, “WE LOVE YOU!” The phrase begins to be proclaimed by all the crowd and excited by the reaction, Wade ends up celebrating with other beings made of water. The celebration soon turns into a wave, which Ember shields herself with an umbrella while admiring Wade’s action.
“Elementos” is directed by Peter Sohn (“The Good Dinosaur”), and production of Denise Ream🇧🇷 The film is scheduled to open in theaters worldwide in 2023.
