Who’s who in ‘Disenchanted’?

‘Disenchanted’, the continuation of the classic film released in 2007, follows the life of Giselle 15 years after leaving Andalasia and having her “happily ever after” in New York, where she now lives in the suburb of Monroeville, with her Prince Charming from real world, Robert Phillip, his stepdaughter, Morgan and their newborn daughter, Sofia.

Despite the beautiful family, while dealing with everyday responsibilities and Morgan’s adolescence, Giselle realizes that her life does not reflect the perfection of the fantasy stories of the fairy tales that she belongs to and seized by impulse, she ends up making a series of decisions that put the lives of the people he loves and his homeland at risk.

Morgan Phillip — Gabriella Baldachinno

Malvina Monroe — Maya Rudolph

As part of the new names in the cast, the actress Maya Rudolph (The Good Place) appears to give life to Malvina Monroe. The character is introduced as a realtor, but soon becomes the main antagonist and the queen of Monroeville.

Rosaleen — Yvette Nicole Brown

Coming to life through the actress Yvette Nicole Brown (Avengers: Endgame), Rosaleen is Malvina Monroe’s right-hand man and to exercise her role as the villain’s helper, she does everything she can to not allow Giselle to get her happy ending.

Ruby — Jayma Mays

The queen’s second assistant is Ruby, a character played by Jayma Maysan actress who gained prominence for her work on ‘Glee’, where she gave life to Emma Pillsbury.

Tyson Monroe — Kolton Stewart

Emerging in the plot as Morgan’s main love interest, Tyson Moroe is the son of Malvina Monroe. The character is lived by the young actor Kolton Stewart 🇧🇷The Enchanted Sneakers🇧🇷

THE VETERANS

Princess Giselle — Amy Addams

Giselle, the princess of Andalasia who ended up in New York is played by Amy Addams🇧🇷 Actress who returns to the role 15 years later, carrying six Oscar nominations and two Golden Globe statuettes for her work in the features ‘American Hustle’ (2013) and ‘Big Eyes’ (2014).

Robert PhillipPatrick Dempsey

The lawyer who discovers the magic of love when he meets Giselle is called Robert Phillip. The “real-life prince” who fathers the lovely Morgan is played by Patrick Dempseyan actor widely known for bringing neurosurgeon Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd to life on Grey’s Anatomy.

Prince Edward — James Marsden

The prince who still appears on the pages and becomes Giselle’s first passion is Edward, a character played by James Marsden (Sonic).

Nancy Tremaine — Idina Menzel

Emerging as Robert’s girlfriend in the first film, Nancy may soon find her “happily ever after” by marrying Prince Edward in Andalasia. The character is played by Idina Menzelactress and singer who has great influence on Broadway and the composer of ‘Let It Go’, song from ‘Frozen’ (2014).
