Kharkiv cat Stepan took part in the project of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine under the name Preserve Ukrainian Culture. This was reported on the department’s Instagram account.
Stepan cat is a famous blogger. He has 1.3 million followers on Instagram. The animal will talk about Ukrainian institutions and cultural monuments that were destroyed as a result of the Russian invasion, as well as collect funds for their restoration.

It should be noted that during the 8 months of the war, the aggressor country Russia destroyed or damaged 552 objects of Ukrainian cultural heritage and cultural infrastructure.
In addition to the cat Stepan, the ambassadors of the initiative are the winners of Eurovision 2022 – the Kalush Orchestra group and the rap artist Skofka (Vladimir Samolyuk).
