Millie Bobby Brown has gotten used to filming ‘Enola Holmes 2’ which she fears she won’t be able to shake when she returns to the set of ‘Stranger Things’.
During a question-and-answer session at the sequel’s New York premiere, Brown explained that in her role as Enola Holmes, she got used to breaking the fourth wall and looking directly into the camera to talk to viewers, according to “Today .”
“During the shoot, I dreamed I was on the set of ‘Stranger Things’ and I couldn’t stop looking at the camera,” Brown said, reported by Today . “And now, I have this ingrained fear that now I’ll never stop looking at the camera. So now, I’m so obsessed with it.”
He said filming the film, in which she plays the younger sister of iconic fictional detective Sherlock Holmes, looked like she was “vlogging on YouTube all day”.
Filming on the fifth and final season of “Stranger Things,” the sci-fi hit that gave Brown his big break, is expected to begin next year. The actor told Queue last month that he was heartbroken to say goodbye to the show and his superhuman role Eleven. Brown was just 12 years old when the show started.
“They gave me an opportunity that not many people gave me at the time,” he told Queue of the show’s creators, brothers Matt and Ross Duffer. “They believed in me and knew I was capable of something. I’m just very grateful and they’ve always been there for me.”
“Enola Holmes 2” is now available to stream on Netflix.
